After reading enough of these laws and regulations, I'm starting to speak in legal-ese. 

Why does it always have to sound so complicated??  One of my favourite bits of one of the acts is as follows:

"No person shall sell by wholesale any drug for sale by retail to any person who is not entitled to sell the drug by retail"

Underneath that statement is my translation in common English that says:

"Wholesalers can only sell to those who are allowed to re-sell".

Now, doesn't that sound so much better?!?!?  =)
